June 5^th, 2021 the guild welcomed Kathleen Riggins.  Her lecture Combining Designs in Modern Ways was held via Zoom. This was a fast-paced lecture filled to the brim with excellent quilting information. We learned about straight line quilting ideas, grid designs, swirls, feathers and how to combine them.  Although the lecture was full, her book, The Building Blocks of Free-Motion Quilting, has more than 57 ideas for combining quilting motifs. https://kathleenquilts.com/
