Wheaton Illinois, Lower level meeting room.
Please use the lower level parking area.
Meetings are 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The bank opens at 9:00 AM.
In
the event of a cancelation due to bad weather, this blog will be updated a

Join us for a spa day as Lee Anne
Clarbour, a licensed massage therapist, will explain and demonstrate how
posture alignment, stretching and the use of props can refresh and rejuvenate
your body and mind, ease the stress of overuse and keep you quilting longer!

Nancy
McNally talks about design, piecing, and quilt finishing choices as she shares her
trunk show featuring many quilts from her collection and includes her newest patterns.
She will touch on her quilting adventures as her path has taken her from
quilter to pattern designer & longarmer. Nancy’s work has been
featured in Love of Quilting, Scrap Quilts, Quilter’s World, and Quiltmaker magazines. She has been a guest on the PBS TV show “Quilting Arts” and has three online classes through Annie’s Craft Store. Her class “Whole Cloth Collage Quilting” was featured in the March/April issue of Quilting Arts magazine.

instructors will share their knowledge and teach you new techniques, tricks
& tips that will put you at the head of the class!

December 3, 2016: “Color in a Supporting Role”
Using examples of his own work as well
as images of art, sculpture, architecture, garden design, and product and
package design, Bill Kerr from Modern Quilt Studio will explain the role
of color in design. Bill will show how
great quilts (ranging from traditional to contemporary) use color to support a
“Big Idea” or design intention.
